This policy applies to all services purchased from Mustard Seed Venturess LLP (trading as MyWeb Hosting) through https://mywebhosting.in. We keep it specific so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Refund eligibility by product

Renewals Before renewal date Renewal payments are refundable in full if cancellation is requested before the renewal date takes effect. Once a renewal term has started, it is non-refundable.

2. How to request a refund or cancellation

  1. Email hello@mywebhosting.in from your registered email address, or call +91 83300 09880, quoting your domain name and invoice number.
  2. We confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day.
  3. Eligible refunds are approved and initiated within 3 business days of confirmation.

3. Refund timeline and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay. Once initiated, the amount is typically credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. GST charged on a refunded invoice is refunded along with the base amount via a credit note.

4. Cancellation of services

  • You may cancel any service at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Cancelling mid-term outside the refund window does not generate a pro-rata refund, but your service remains active until the end of the paid term.
  • We will notify you in advance of every renewal, so you are never charged without notice.

5. Exceptions

  • Setup work already delivered (for example, a completed email migration) may be deducted from a refund at the rate agreed at the time of purchase, and this will be itemised for you.
  • Services suspended for violation of our Terms & Conditions (for example, sending spam) are not eligible for refunds.
