These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of web hosting and business email services from Mustard Seed Venturess LLP (trading as MyWeb Hosting, "we", "us") via https://mywebhosting.in. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide two services: Web Hosting and Enterprise Mail, as described on their respective pages and priced on our Pricing page in INR, exclusive of GST.
2. Service delivery
- Services are activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation, usually sooner.
- Access credentials and setup instructions are delivered to your registered email address.
- Assisted migrations are scheduled with you and carried out before DNS changes to avoid downtime.
3. Payments and renewals
- All services are billed annually in advance, in INR, plus applicable GST. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. International customers may pay by card; currency conversion is handled by the card issuer.
- Renewal notices are sent in advance of the renewal date. Services not renewed by the due date may be suspended, and data is deleted after the final backup cycle following cancellation.
4. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which sets out defined refund windows and processing timelines.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or hosting phishing, malware, or other malicious content
- Content or activity that violates Indian law or the laws applicable to your jurisdiction
- Activity that degrades service for other customers, including sustained resource abuse
We may suspend a service that violates this section, after notice where practicable. Suspensions for abuse are not eligible for refunds.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure and your contact details current — renewal and service notices go to your registered email.
- Keep your own applications (for example, WordPress plugins and themes) updated; we secure the platform, and you are responsible for the software you install.
- Maintain your own copies of critical data in addition to our backups.
7. Uptime and support
We operate monitored infrastructure with daily backups and target continuous availability, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced in advance). Support is available by phone (+91 83300 09880) and email (hello@mywebhosting.in) during business hours, Monday–Saturday 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST, with urgent server issues attended outside those hours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data loss caused by software you control.
9. Dispute resolution and governing law
If you have a complaint, contact us first at hello@mywebhosting.in — we respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve disputes amicably. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute not resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at https://mywebhosting.in/terms.php at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that transaction.
